After a successful qualifying with P1 taken away on the green table the drivers and team were even more motivated. Starting P2 & P3 both cars managed to remain in the top group. Even some issues with the obligatory driver changes did not stop the overall top performance resulting in an incredible P1 for the first Ferrari victory in the GT CUP ever! Motorsport from Nürnberg.

Racing with Ferrari is our passion and this time we put it on a highly professionell international level – competing with two 488 Challenge EVO at the GT CUP EUROPE both driver teams managed to beat the multi-brand competitors to 2 x P1 and a P9 on Saturday. Sadly we had to retire one car due to technical issues resulting from a small crash during free practice but our team at MERTEL MOTORSPORT HQ is already preparing the repair and return to the upcoming endurance race at Spa-Franchorchamps.
