Ferrari vs Porsche in the final round in Italy - and time to reach for nothing less than the Championship title

A bunch of 6 Ferraris 488 Challenge and 12 Ferrari pilots will compete in the last round in Monza in the GT Cup Open, while another part of the MERTEL Motorsport team will compete in the Ferrari Challenge Finals in Imola.

Our professional weapon Luca Ludwig will start in both racing events. In Monza he will share the cockpit as usual with his strong and fast racing partner Ivan Velasco to clinch the Championship title – leading by 17 points in Ferrari No. 80 against their competitors in the Porsche.

Mauro Trentin and Steven Liquorish will fight again in Ferrari No. 81 to get some more points on the board in their second entry in GT Cup. Mark Speakerwas and Leon Chen start again in the orange No. 82 and Anny Frosio and Jorge Cabezas in the No. 85 will try to climb up the board with some further points.

Ferraris No. 83 and 84 will have new drivers combinations in the cockpit – Laura van den Hengel will race together with Italian driver Tommaso Lovati, who is also competing in the Italian GT with MERTEL Motorsport. Alba Vasquez will share the cockpit with fast Arturo Melgar in the last round.

Let’s show that Italian cars, Ferraris, will compete the best in their hometrack, the temple of speed against Porsches. A lot of titles were reached with Ferraris in Monza. MERTEL Motorsport and their Ferrari drivers will race their heart out to achieve the GT Cup Championship title 2024 here on this legendary Italian track.
