Double header: MERTEL Motorsport will run the Ferrari 488 Challenge EVO with pilots Stefano Bozzoni, Fernando Navarrete and Jorge Cabezas in the Italian GT Championship Endurance Race in Monza – whilest other parts of our team will support the driver Leon Rijnbeek in the Ferrari Challenge Europe in Spa-Francorchamps.

With MERTEL Motorsport the third round of the season of the Italian Gran Turismo Endurance Championship will also feature a German team. The entry list – to be officially announced today – is getting longer and longer. The Ferrari 488 Challenge EVO will be piloted by our driver team consisting of Jorge Cabezas, Stefano Bozzoni and Fernando Navarrete.

Jorge Cabezas, already raced in the Italian championship in 2023 and reached P2 overall together with Guidetti and Moncini. Stefano Bozzoni has also competed in the Italian GT Endurance. For Fernando Navarrete, an experienced and successful Spanish driver, the race with MERTEL Motorsport is his debut in Italian GT.

Full participation in the Italian GT Championship is planned for 2024.
